Scholarships/Awards
General Khmer Education Program
  1. Kimly Leoung Scholarship. 100% scholarship in tuition fees for best students in: English; Math; Science; and Khmer. The computed average grade should not be lower than 90%.
  2. Tin Seng Scholarship. 50% scholarship in tuition fees for 2nd best students in: English; Math; Science; and Khmer. The computed average grade should not be lower than 90%.
  3. Awards of Excellence. Every grade level shall have 3 awardees: First honors, second honors and third honors; Honor students should garner a minimum general average of 85%.
General English Program
  1. IEL Scholarship. 50% discount shall be given to students who garnered a grade of 86% and above and ranked first in the course level they are enrolled in. The categories are as follows: Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate Upper Intermediate, and Speaking and Listening.
  2. Awards of Excellence. Classes with seven (7) and above students shall be eligible for this award. Only the first topnotch in class who garnered a grade of 80% and above shall be given an excellent award.
  3. Recommendation. Issuance of Recommendation is issued to student who at least completed and satisfactorily passed three consecutive levels ending in level 9 (Pre-Intermediate).
  4. Certificate of Completion is issued to student who at least completed and satisfactorily passed three consecutive levels ending in Level 15.

    1. Accomplish the Application form for Certificate and Recommendation
    2. Submit two 4X6 ID picture (passport size)
    3. Pay 3 dollars for certificate and 2 dollars for recommendation
